The most horrible card service experience I had in 30 years. They overcharged me but are trying to insist that I owe them money. Because they reported me to the credit bureau I lost many points from my credit history that was before excellent. They called me numerous times during my working hours even though I requested no calls before 4:00 pm on working days. None ever was even to try to count my account balances from Gap and BR credit cards. Before it was Synchrony Bank for the Gap and BR and I never had a problem with them until they moved it to Barclays. Unprofessional and unacceptable service! I am going to a lawyer.
