Abysmal, terrible, unprofessional.
We are retired and inherited a Barclaycard linked to our AARP card when that company changed banking alliances.
The card was cancelled “ due to inactivity “ with notice.
We spent 3 months attempting to reinstate, reapplying, hours of futile phone calls and letters before we finally decided we were better off without them.
