I pay on time (several days BEFORE the due date) every month and I have to message them regularly to get interest removed. Its such a pain. Will be cancelling the card. The travel points are truly not worth the headache. This company is really bad...
I've had the card for almost 10 years. They were fine in the beginning, but this has now been an ongoing issue for years. Will be cancelling once I get my credits applied from yet again false "late payment" charges they have snuck onto my last statement...
