This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their online system sucks. Customer service is all in the Philippines. They can't speak English well enough to be understood. I've been locked out of my account for two months now, because they claimed that my username is not the same as the one I've been using. It's the same username that I've had since I opened the account! They charge ridiculous fees and expect me to be satisfied with their service?
