I wish I could leave a 0 but had to give one star - it should be a zero! I was attempting to book a flight using my Barclay's AA Red Aviator Credit card. My card was denied several times as I was trying to book a flight for my kids to come visit me for a week this summer. As it turns out, I had a pending payment and they stated they had to wait until that payment cleared in order to allow my transaction to be processed. It was in there system and they could see it but they could not assist in facilitating the transaction despite that I was trying to get my miles. I spoke to two reps and no one could help. Horrible " outsourced" customer service. I had to use another credit card to finalize the purchase. No help. I would not recommend this card to anyone who wants help with their flight plans!
