Terrible service and attitude!!! First, I received a voice mail, wanting me to call back to an 800#. I did, they answered as Barclays and asked for my full credit card number and social security number--clearly a fraud. I tried to get call Barclays fraud department to let them know about this and found it was nearly impossible to get through to them. Second, for years I have paid on time (usually the day I receive the bill) and in full. This month my bill arrived unusually late, I immediately paid it, but they did not receive the payment by the deadline. They immediately put a hold on my card. When I called to complain, I got nothing but sarcasm from their representative. I'm taking my business elsewhere!!! I suggest you do the same.
