The bank's "fraud detection" shut down my card without notice when I tried booking a hotel on Booking.com, which I have done many times before without a problem. I had no clue why I was unable to complete the booking. This "false positive" caused a cascade of problems for me and a huge time expenditure. It's impossible to talk to someone to resolve odd problems like this. Instead the bank puts you through menu hell, with a long list of irrelevant options.
