I have read some of these comments, and have had exactly the opposite of what they are saying. A few months ago I was charges for some gaming internet thing? AVI I believe it was. They told me they were shutting this account down so they can no longer charge me and gave me a new card which they did. And also refunded me the $150.00 from this scam company. Then a few weeks ago I was looking for insurance on the Obama care website. I have real heath insurance but was seeing if I qualified for cheaper insurance. There were places to call on that website. Talked to an agent who said yes real health insurance only reason why it does not qualify under Obamacare is because it does not include maternity and drug or alcohol rehab. that was a lie, it was a discount card for medical care and not major medical. Couldn't get back in touch with the person I bought this from and only could cancel when i talked to him. I had 30 days to cancel, I called the next day he was trying to wait for the time to lapse . Contacted Barclay they started and investigation immediately . They told me to contact the insurance company themselves instead of the agent and if they give me ,and in the mean time the investigation is still going. Well I did get a refund from the insurance/ discount company. They said only way to major medical is to wait till the enrollment and I was lied too. Had letters sent to my home about the investigation , I called them up and told them it was all straightened out. They also said the case will still be open incase the agent decides to charge again next month. Don't know what happened to the people here who have written bad reviews because I love my Barclay card and they corrected and helped with problems 2 times so far
