Barclay lost my payment ( in full) and customer service was apologetic, but stuck to their script. I provided all the information to show proof of payment, but I received a letter saying it wasn’t sufficient. I ended up paying the amount again; I took the loss and closed the account. STAY AWAY FROM THIS fraudulent company!!!!!!
