Customer service is terrible none of the service reps I spoke with could speak English well enough to be intelligible. When my card was compromised and I had to order a new card it took at least 10 days to get it. Other CC companies expedite new cards at no cost. You would think that would be a good tactic if they want you to use the card. I will be phasing out my use of this card and returning to Capital One.
