Worst credit car ever. While our Explanation of Benefit shows we owed nothing (and provided the EOB to Barclays Card), the dentist debits our credit card on file - WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION. The insurance company confirms, that we owed nothing ! Barclays will NOT reverse the charge - AS WE CAN NOT PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED DEBIT. !!!! Is that not rich! Someone debits your card without authorization, and Barclays takes THEIR SIDE. SO one thing is for sure - Barclays will not be on your side ! We are closing the account after 20 years (in the beginning it was an AMEX Card = never a problem - BARCLAYS SUCKS)
