Customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They have off shored their customer service / dispute department and it is unfortunate I could not explain my dispute to anyone after days/ hours on the phone. They just kept reading to me verbatim the letter they sent me in reference to my dispute, repeating over and over the same thing. Asked to speak to supervisor, he was off shore also and could not help me, was told to fax a letter to the "office of the President" but that fax number just rings and rings, no connection. POOR POOR customer service
