Barclay’s credit card customer service does not make me happy. It was the worst experience I’ve experienced in a very long time. Spent a half hour on the phone with them today simply trying to find an address to send my credit card payment to. This was not hold time waiting for a representative. It was the time spent having to call, get transferred, (which wound up disconnecting me) call back again and answer the various redundant questions 2 and 3 times.
