I was late on a payment and my credit was reduced from $14,000 to $450. No warning! No email! No text! No reminder. I always paid in full. But this company was quick to post negative messages on my credit report. Never received a message about making payments on time or in full. My last payment was for $7000. When I appealed, I was told I did not Qualified! Suspicious!
