Fraudulent charges by the same criminal were recognized twice, then let through six times after. First replacement card did not work, second replacement card does not work when tapping.
Before being oursourced to India, customer service was great--now it's a crapshoot. It usually takes several calls to get a rep whose English is intelligible. Completely lost trust in the card and will not renew.
