I took out a business charge card before I knew how horrendous the customer service was. Statements arrive after the payment due date so that they can charge you late payment fees. Then when you refuse to pay it they charge another one. They declined genuine transactions yet approved fraudulent ones.
Truly terrible. Online portal is awful and you have to jump through hoops to speak to a human.
