Sign up easy enough, but until they verify income, the credit limit is ridiculously low. The marketing materials implied I’d be given a credit limit 17 times the actual
amount. And income verification is appallingly difficult. Their Online system doesn’t work, and in branch only one person could do it, meaning waiting around. And that person could not verify income but will simply forward documents. Terrible systems making for a terrible customer experience. I truly regret taking a card with Barclays. Take your business elsewhere.
