I complained because they didn't refund me a lot of fraudulent transactions which were very obvious but not picked up. I was given a reference number for the complaint but never received a response. I then got a credit on my card - no idea if it was from them so I have used that and asked to cancel the card - told them I was not going to ring them up. I won't be using them ever again. By comparison I also had fraud my Sainsburys card. They rang me and instantly credited back the fraudulent transactions - no quibble at all.
