I am a Barclay card member but calling them it is a headache, let them you to wait for more to 4hrs without an answer, the put you with automatic answer machine telling you they have a lot people calling today but as soon one of team is free they connect you, can you believed that they have some many people calling them, that you have to wait so long, more than 4hrs for an answer? I am really disappointed, very disappointed. They do not desrved no even one star for theur services.
