Looking at some of the reviews, I am rather shocked. I haven't had a problem at all. Totally the opposite in fact. I am very happy today, as they seen transactions on my account. They Text me as soon as they realised. Yes I know we have to wait a while on the phone. But people have to except that it is more because of the current situation. I personally found them extremely professional, They saved me nearly £400 today and for that I am eternally grateful. Thank you very much barclay card fraud team.
