Simply wanted to chat with Customer Services, after I'd found myself guided to the wrong department I was pleased I could at least be transferred rather than start again, how wrong could I be? 1hr-25mins I waited to be cut off; disgusted. I know things are still far from normal but this is inexcusable. Other organisations give a wait time or callback service, nearly an hour and a half of my life wasted & with no resolution to my inquiry, furious.
