Called up to speak to customer service, 1hr 40mns later still on hold. Automated service telling me, someone will be with me shortly. No one did, WHAT A JOKE.
This happens all the time with barclaycard.
Do not bother joining this bank or giving them your business.
I am closing both my accounts down and going back to HSBC.
This does not happen with them.
You will regret it if you do.
AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT USELESS BANK, AT ALL COST. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
