The issue with companies like Blackcircles is when something goes wrong they blame the garage, and the garage blame them. Had no end of issues with my garage and neither BC or the garage accepted responsiblilty, so it was left on me to do the running about trying to fix it. Blackcircles barely responded to my emails after a while, and in the end all I received was a pathetic 10% off coupon as a "goodwill gesture", and that was only after I left them a terrible (and accurate) review on TrustPilot.
Will never use this company again!
