“I feel like a victim of theft. I paid almost £500 for 4 new tyres and one of them burst randomly within 3 miles of driving it away. Sent photographs started a claim only to be told that because of the damage to my alloy therefore I must have hit something and the tyre burst. This is totally incorrect as my alloys have had this damage for months. My other 3 alloys have damage, does that mean that the other 3 tyres have burst ? absolutely ridiculous. To say I am fuming is a understatement. All I wanted was for Blackcircles to replace the damaged tyre but they want nothing to do with me. Complete crooks. Never will I use them again and will encourage everyone else to boycott this sham outfit”
“Message to group do not use BlackCircles for tyres . Ordered 4 Michelin sport 4s for my db9 sport pack. Was keen to put original size tyre back on car . Supplied with 2023 tyres ( one showed up damaged the others looked like they came from bottom of a cess pit) Garage had already fitted them so I told BlackCircles I wanted them replaced with up to date tyres told no as they had been fitted! Quoted customer service fact that I used for Range Rover etc still not willing to change ! Disgraceful customer service . Been told this is how they offer tyres so cheap ie old stock . BEWARE!”
“This service was absolutely outrageous. I was upset at the end of the appointment. This service took way too long and wasted my time. The company hadn't had my details right. I had to phone the 'blackcircles Tyres' company whilst at my appointment because the garage wouldn't serve me due to the incorrect details. I had to tell them the correct details which should've be on the system. I would like to know why my details weren't on the system already. 1st order was cancelled and then they offered a 2nd order at a different day and time and still manged to do something wrong. This service place shouldn't be called a company.”
“I had a deeply disappointing experience with Blackcircles and ATS Euromaster, a Blackcircles partner, after purchasing a new set of tyres through Blackcircles. The tyres were fitted at ATS Euromaster, and immediately after driving away, we encountered a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) fault. This issue was not present before the tyre fitting and had never occurred before this visit, making it highly suspicious that it only appeared after ATS worked on the wheels.
We promptly contacted both ATS Euromaster and Blackcircles to report the issue. While Blackcircle’s support was responsive and polite, their responses led to no resolution, just empty promises and no accountability. ATS Euromaster was equally unhelpful, deflecting responsibility and instructing us to deal solely with Blackcircles. This blatant passing of the buck was frustrating and unprofessional.
It’s far too coincidental that the TPMS fault emerged immediately after ATS handled the wheels, strongly suggesting their work caused the issue. Their refusal to take responsibility and the complete lack of accountability from both companies are shameful. As a result, we’re now forced to pay out of our pocket to fix a problem that ATS likely caused. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would strongly advise others to avoid ATS Euromaster and reconsider using Blackcircle’s services all along.”
“Terrible. Ordered 2 X tyres online and paid. Received my appointment at local Formula1 Auto centre. Arrived 10mins before the appointment and left the car with them. Returned back to the garage after an hour to be told the tyres hadn't even been delivered. No Comms whatsoever and two wasted taxi journeys at my expense. Order subsequently cancelled and now waiting for 5 days to my money back. Jokers”
“The tyres were booked in to be fitted on a Saturday due to the fact I am unable to take time off in the week at the moment. They contacted me back with alternate days of Tues, Wed and Thurs! Maybe somebody might look at the initial booking and think "I will give him the option of next Saturday" but that seems far too forward thinking for Black Circles. So I have to ring up again and waste time and this also happened the last time. I think they are telling me to go somewhere else.”

“Very bad experience with 2 alloy wheels damaged by tyre changing machinery. The "back street" garage involved denied any responsibility and made efforts to cover up the damage - ugly scoring around the whole circumference of the alloys. Full evidence was submitted to Blackcircles with videos of the damage. They wrongly claimed that there was pre-existing damage and chose not to offer any compensation as well. So, if you value your car's condition, think very carefully about saving a few pounds on the cost of the tyres as you are putting your vehicle in the hands of Rogue Traders with no professional standards. “I don't know how else to get a response from Blackcircles as they only seem to respond to bad reviews. Faulty tyre fitted (pinhole puncture on tyre sidewall, immediately lost pressure on way home from garage). Classified as 'my fault'. Independent assessment (in writing) has deemed this not compatible with driving damage. Blackcircles insist the customer is always wrong. Eventually (only after a bad review) they agreed to send the tyre to the manufacturer for assessment. Even then 10-12 weeks to get the assessment before they even consider a refund. Then, despite being told the tyre was being collected, nobody has come to pick it up (several weeks further on). Phone calls made. Told I will be called back, and I wasn't. It's not about the money. This is a big company who do not care about the customer so long as they keep their volumes up. Absolutely appalling customer care. Do not deserve their success. Steer clear.”
“Second purchase in the past 2 weeks. 100% satisfied again. Second quad arrived all together just 3 days after purchase. Beautiful Continental TrueContact Tour 54 225/55/R19 tires. Installed at a local tire shop 1 hour later. Fantastic tires. DOT Date codes were all within the past 5 months. Tires were perfectly clean on arrival. Saved $250.00 by buying online. I like money in my pocket, not my money in someone else's pocket. Thank you Blackcircles. I'll be back!!!”
“Shocking experience. Ordered two tyres to be delivered to Formula One Autocentre for fitting. Had a confirmation of the date and time of fitting.
Arrived at the place and they were very welcoming. I went for a walk for an hour whilst they fit the tyres. Upon my return I was told only one of the two tyres had arrived and I was supposed to receive a call saying so. I did not and Black Circles did not know when the other tyre would be delivered.
They are cheap for a reason because they employ staff that don’t care and offer a very poor customer experience. I’ll never shop there again and urge anyone else to proceed with caution”
“Paid for wheel alignment through blackcircles but the work wasn’t carried out. They then refused to provide a refund, blaming the lack of alignment immediately after (confirmed via a second wheel alignment report I paid for through another garage) on “an issue” with my car, rather than acknowledge the work wasn’t carried out. Not a trustworthy company, avoid.”
