I feel like a victim of theft. I paid almost £500 for 4 new tyres and one of them burst randomly within 3 miles of driving it away. Sent photographs started a claim only to be told that because of the damage to my alloy therefore I must have hit something and the tyre burst. This is totally incorrect as my alloys have had this damage for months. My other 3 alloys have damage, does that mean that the other 3 tyres have burst ? absolutely ridiculous. To say I am fuming is a understatement. All I wanted was for Blackcircles to replace the damaged tyre but they want nothing to do with me. Complete crooks. Never will I use them again and will encourage everyone else to boycott this sham outfit
