Delays, Damage and non existent customer care We used black circles to replace 2 front tyres using one of their mobile mechanics. There was an initial delay in fitment and they had to cancel the morning they were due to come out. This was frustrating, but they were apologetic and their comms were good at this time. However during fitment, both alloys were scratched on the outer face, inner rim (between tyre and alloy) and where they used a screwdriver to remove the existing wheel weights. They flat out refused to accept liability for this inspite of photographic evidence and blatant common sense. They refused to come and inspect the wheels in person as they knew this would lead to them having to resolve the issue. They also copied and pasted the same generic templates when responding via emails. We are now having to pay to repair both wheels and are looking at legal options to recover these costs from blackcircles. If you have steel rims or wheels you aren't fussed about, they are a great price for tyres. If you care about your wheels, avoid at all costs and dont expect any level of aftercare or customer servcie if/when things go wrong.
