I had a deeply disappointing experience with Blackcircles and ATS Euromaster, a Blackcircles partner, after purchasing a new set of tyres through Blackcircles. The tyres were fitted at ATS Euromaster, and immediately after driving away, we encountered a tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) fault. This issue was not present before the tyre fitting and had never occurred before this visit, making it highly suspicious that it only appeared after ATS worked on the wheels. We promptly contacted both ATS Euromaster and Blackcircles to report the issue. While Blackcircle’s support was responsive and polite, their responses led to no resolution, just empty promises and no accountability. ATS Euromaster was equally unhelpful, deflecting responsibility and instructing us to deal solely with Blackcircles. This blatant passing of the buck was frustrating and unprofessional. It’s far too coincidental that the TPMS fault emerged immediately after ATS handled the wheels, strongly suggesting their work caused the issue. Their refusal to take responsibility and the complete lack of accountability from both companies are shameful. As a result, we’re now forced to pay out of our pocket to fix a problem that ATS likely caused. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would strongly advise others to avoid ATS Euromaster and reconsider using Blackcircle’s services all along.

Terrible. Ordered 2 X tyres online and paid. Received my appointment at local Formula1 Auto centre. Arrived 10mins before the appointment and left the car with them. Returned back to the garage after an hour to be told the tyres hadn't even been delivered. No Comms whatsoever and two wasted taxi journeys at my expense. Order subsequently cancelled and now waiting for 5 days to my money back. Jokers

The tyres were booked in to be fitted on a Saturday due to the fact I am unable to take time off in the week at the moment. They contacted me back with alternate days of Tues, Wed and Thurs! Maybe somebody might look at the initial booking and think "I will give him the option of next Saturday" but that seems far too forward thinking for Black Circles. So I have to ring up again and waste time and this also happened the last time. I think they are telling me to go somewhere else.

Very bad experience with 2 alloy wheels damaged by tyre changing machinery. The "back street" garage involved denied any responsibility and made efforts to cover up the damage - ugly scoring around the whole circumference of the alloys. Full evidence was submitted to Blackcircles with videos of the damage. They wrongly claimed that there was pre-existing damage and chose not to offer any compensation as well. So, if you value your car's condition, think very carefully about saving a few pounds on the cost of the tyres as you are putting your vehicle in the hands of Rogue Traders with no professional standards. I don't know how else to get a response from Blackcircles as they only seem to respond to bad reviews. Faulty tyre fitted (pinhole puncture on tyre sidewall, immediately lost pressure on way home from garage). Classified as 'my fault'. Independent assessment (in writing) has deemed this not compatible with driving damage. Blackcircles insist the customer is always wrong. Eventually (only after a bad review) they agreed to send the tyre to the manufacturer for assessment. Even then 10-12 weeks to get the assessment before they even consider a refund. Then, despite being told the tyre was being collected, nobody has come to pick it up (several weeks further on). Phone calls made. Told I will be called back, and I wasn't. It's not about the money. This is a big company who do not care about the customer so long as they keep their volumes up. Absolutely appalling customer care. Do not deserve their success. Steer clear.

Shocking experience. Ordered two tyres to be delivered to Formula One Autocentre for fitting. Had a confirmation of the date and time of fitting. Arrived at the place and they were very welcoming. I went for a walk for an hour whilst they fit the tyres. Upon my return I was told only one of the two tyres had arrived and I was supposed to receive a call saying so. I did not and Black Circles did not know when the other tyre would be delivered. They are cheap for a reason because they employ staff that don’t care and offer a very poor customer experience. I’ll never shop there again and urge anyone else to proceed with caution

Paid for wheel alignment through blackcircles but the work wasn’t carried out. They then refused to provide a refund, blaming the lack of alignment immediately after (confirmed via a second wheel alignment report I paid for through another garage) on “an issue” with my car, rather than acknowledge the work wasn’t carried out. Not a trustworthy company, avoid.

The communication was extremely poor. I had to repeatedly pursue responses, but no one was willing to engage in a conversation via email, telephone, or WhatsApp. Furthermore, the garage I selected was unable to accommodate the tyre I had ordered.

Not impressed. I made a booking following a recommendation and paid for 2 tyres on Saturday. Today, Tuesday I am informed by Black Circles that my selected garage, Kim’s of Bicester will not fit the chosen manufacturer tyres. Black Circles were unable to make another appointment at an alternative garage until Friday when I am working. Needless I have cancelled and will go elsewhere. I will not be using them again.

Three months into buying the car, I started to notice the breaks were not as sharp as it used to be , been calling them ever since but i got no response from them , they kept on ignoring until i hired an investigative company bit claim. ne t, they were my only hope after a week i was able to return their car and a refund was given to me, $20,000 refund is not bad from my $25,000 due to the 3 months i used the car for , i employing anyone interested in returning their car or anyone that has been scammed by Blackcircles should file a complain to bit claim. n e t to get it doneASAP. I am for certain bit cla im ,.. . ne t, would help navigate the process of retrieving your funds successfully.

On 7th January, booked for two new, premium tyres and tracking for fitting at local garage 10am 9th January. On 8th January, recieved an email that fitting arranged for 4pm(!) 9th January. I rang and spoke to a colleague from Black Circles (Kelly), who after supposedly speaking to the garage, confirmed to me that 10am was correct. I later received an email confirming 10am. I arrived at the garage and low and behold, they had me booked in for 4pm!. The guy at the garage stating "they are a nightmare." (Black Circles). I rang Black Circles and spoke to Logan to cancel my order and give me my money back. He did cancel my order but now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money back! So, messed about, time out of my busy day, petrol used to get to and from the garage, no tyres, no tracking done and out of pocket to the tune of almost £300!. One Star is too much for this company. Never again.

Rims damaged during fitment and complaint disregarded by Blackcircles, based on their fitting parters false claim that the damage was historical. If you are foolish enough to use this company make sure you take pictures of all wheels prior to dropping car off to their fitting partner as any claim for damage caused will be disputed and you will be left out of pocket. Absolute disgrace, as a consumer we trust those providing professional services to undertake the work correctly and not to cause damage, or if they do at least have the integrity to own up and do the right thing and put it right! Nearly £500 worth of tyres and now another c£200 on having my rims reconditioned, sham of a company and I will never recommend it or the fitting centre!

Overall terrible experience. I ordered 4 tires & 4 rims — they delivered my tires to the wrong address but luckily my details including phone number were on them, so the person who received my tires was honest enough to contact me. Weeks later 3 out of 4 rims arrived, and more weeks later my final rim arrived — all this to find out that they sent me all the wrong sized rims. Not sure in what world 16” tires would fit 17” rims, but here we are. Contacted them about their mistake, followed the steps to get the refund process started but haven’t heard back so I’m having to send a follow up email to their customer service — wish me luck!

Forced into 1 star. Horrible customer service, lie after lie after lie. Two and a half weeks now, still no tires, still no tracking number, still no answer on who the courier is. Don't waste any time with BlackCircles, save yourself the time and deal with ANYBODY but these fools.

Blackcircle.com Sent a guy, named Gary. They hired Wiltshire tyres. To fit 4 new tyres, he damaged, dented scraped the back of my car, damaged 3 of my alloys. Blackcircle.com said that the tyres, was scared at some point by a curb, and the back if my car I drove into a white wall, I phoned Blackcircle.com as soon as I noticed my damaged as soon as the guy left, and told me that there is no claim from them. This has caused untold stress, regarding this. Please don't use Blackcircle.com as they are hiring people that you don't want to touch your car. The company they used was Wiltshire tyres. I have several photos and videos to be added to this review. My legal team has been contacted.

We are a dealer for black circles and they offers no discount. When we ordered our first set of tires at full price we did not get what was in the picture with white letter. Talked to sales rep they hung up on me when I asked if they could send me tires and wave the return fee and send the correct tires. So I called back talked to the manager they do not offer a discount to anybody and the return fee needs to be paid in full. She said they could not do anything for me. So I guess the next 4 sets of tires I was about to buy are no longer. She apologized she could not do anything! Thanks Blackcircles you no longer have a good name at our shop! Very Poor customer service! Do not Order from them.
