I don't know how else to get a response from Blackcircles as they only seem to respond to bad reviews. Faulty tyre fitted (pinhole puncture on tyre sidewall, immediately lost pressure on way home from garage). Classified as 'my fault'. Independent assessment (in writing) has deemed this not compatible with driving damage. Blackcircles insist the customer is always wrong. Eventually (only after a bad review) they agreed to send the tyre to the manufacturer for assessment. Even then 10-12 weeks to get the assessment before they even consider a refund. Then, despite being told the tyre was being collected, nobody has come to pick it up (several weeks further on). Phone calls made. Told I will be called back, and I wasn't. It's not about the money. This is a big company who do not care about the customer so long as they keep their volumes up. Absolutely appalling customer care. Do not deserve their success. Steer clear.
