Awful customer service. I ordered the tyres & fitting at a local garage and was given a date for the fitting. Tyres did not arrive at the garage. I filled in the on line customer service enquiry and got the default response “we will respond within 2 working days”. Three days later nothing has happened. Called the phone number and left my number for a call back. Call back occurred and was told the tyres were at the garage and they would arrange a fitting time and call me back in 5 minutes. That was 4 days ago and I’ve heard nothing. Today I called the local garage who told me the tyres had arrived this morning (over a week late). I’ve arranged the fitting locally but have still not heard from Black Circles. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO DO THE SAME. This is a pity as things have gone well in the past. Their customer service is complete rubbish.
