Ordered two avon car tyres mid week and was given the option of fitting at a local garage for the following saturday 10.00am. Received a message 2.30pm the day before fitting and was told the tyres won't be available for my appointed time and to pick a time from the middle of the next week. I booked for the following saturday 11th december 9.00am. I then looked at reviews and was horrified with what I read. I then sent black circles an email stating if the next appointment wasn't fulfilled I would want my money back or I would contact my bank. Again the afternoon before fitting I got a message to say they won't be available. I called the fitting garage and was told they would never be able to fit on a saturday as they were too busy, black circles give you a time and the garage refuse as they can't fit you in. Contacted black circles and told them I want a refund and received one 2 days later. Awful experience never to be repeated.
