I ordered 4 Michelin tyre to be fitted in a garage. After a day they told me that they don't have those tyre and offered and cheaper alternative for the same money. I refused that. After a day again they said they have Pirelli tyres and that they can fit them on Saturday (it was Thursday). On Friday they said they can't have them before Wedensday. Since then I have send 4-5 emails to a different persons there in order to cancel the order. After a week I still haven't received any email of confirmation and to contact them by phone is impossible. I hope to get the money back, but will never use them again.
