My first appointment had no tyres at the garage, no communications from Black Circle. Left a message and waited for 24 hours as working from home but nothing. A day later spent 45 minutes waiting on phone, operator dealt with issue promptly and second appointment booked. Turned up today and tyres were substituted with cheaper ones without any prior notice - specification looked same, with MOT due needed tyres - emailed Black Circle for refund of difference - but won’t hold my breath or use them again
