I ordered tires and wheels from their website. Live in Toronto Canada. ( It seems they are originally from the UK and have started a Canadian division) During the process I called their help line. All communication and website navigation was excellent. The tires came first in 2 days ( just before Christmas) and the 4 rims came a few days later in nicely packed and protected boxes.
Their pricing and service were very good and I recommend Blackcircles.ca
