(UK) appalling level of service. Tyres ordered, paid, and confirmed took 1/2 day off work to get fitted. Tyre shop apologised since the tyres had NOT arrived called complaint line spoke to Maureen ? raised matter with her lots of apologies and promised discount on next tyre purchase.
