Booked appointment for fitting tyres on the 21st. Arrived at the garage to find they didn't have the tyres. Got notification, after wasting hours of time, that the appointment would be delayed.
Requested a refund.
Later got an email stating my booking was now on the 25th which is totally unacceptable.
Still have not properly processed my refund and so I'm taking it up with the credit card company.
