Appalling service! Placed an order 5 days prior to the scheduled fitting date. At 4pm the day before the fitting I was notified by email that the tyre had not been delivered and there would be a delay of at least another 4 days. Meanwhile, BC had taken my money, no one answers the phone, and claiming a refund is ridiculously difficult.
I should know better though as I had this problem with them 4 years ago. Be warned, and avoid.
