I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try.
I'm left regretting this decision.
Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request this morning for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen.
Booked the next available slot using the link provided.
Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week.
After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week.
To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc.
No response.
6 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week.
Really disappointing customer service, I'm still left up in the air as to what is happening with my booking.
I've requested a refund now due to the frustration and no doubt will have to waste another day chasing them up again tomorrow. AVOID and use local garages directly.
