Absolutely disgusting service from Black Circle. Booked in for drive side tyre change - fitter hadn’t showed at end of time slot. Called twice - was assured just running late. Near end of day contacted the garage - to advise our appointment had been cancelled. No communication from Black Circle at all. Contacted them next working day, they were apologetic, assured me this happens v rarely and booked us in for the next available slot 2 days later. Again, fitter failed to show. Appointment cancelled, not clear if this down to the local garage and or black circle. Either way, absolutely terrible lack of communication and failure to deliver the service paid for. Avoid at all costs.
