Booked a weekend slot with a local garage as I can’t do midweek. Within 10 minutes of the booking received an email advising me that the garage couldn’t honour the slot and offering midweek slots. Advised that this is no good to me and asked to cancel and receive a refund. Received notification the following day that the order had been cancelled but I won’t receive my money back for 3-5 days which means I can’t go elsewhere in the meantime. Won’t be using them or the garage in question again.
