Contacted customer care due to a faulty tyre, totally inept call handler that could offer no assistance or solution. Was told the matter would be dealt with as urgent, 4 days later, Nothing!
Got the original fitters to replace the tyre and it was cheaper to use them directly than use Blackcircles.
