After 10 days, get an email that avoids answering all 3 questions with this statement, "We don't have any specific rules for any specific tyres. You can find all these details on our website Blackcircles.com ". In other words, I am not going to say anything in writing. This is a clear case of 'Too good to be true', there is a reason they advertise/offer the cheapest price online. As the saying goes, 'buyer beware'.
