Awful.
The chosen garage broke the TPMS sensor on my car and claim it was pure concidence. When I raised it with BC they promised to investigate but just decided to agree with the garage. Offered to look into a goodwill gesture but stopped responding after I submitted invoices etc for the replacement that I had done elsewhere (and at a fraction of the cost the partner garage had quoted)
At least I've now found an honest and reliable tyre fitter meaning I will never have to use Blackcircles again.
