Absolutely shocking service. Only 3 out of 4 tyres delivered. Insistent that all tyres were despatched despite video and photographic evidence. Customer service more interested in investigating with the courier than resolving my problem. Very slow responses via email. Broken promise regarding despatching the outstanding tyre. Instead of compensation, a meagre discount off future order offered! Avoid at all costs!
