I ordered tires with the company purely because they had the quickest fitting date/time. However it took 1 day for the fitting centre to respond that they couldn’t accommodate and gave me a later option which was later than what others had. So that wasn’t great as I then had to cancel the order and find a different service. On a positive note they have a WhatsApp communication with customers which was swift to cancel the order and issue a refund.
