Tyre ordered on Monday. Urgently needed by Thursday to leave on holiday. They were not able to confirm fitting on appointed day, so I asked if I can collect from garage and fit myself as it's extremely urgent. Although I was on the phone 5 or 6 times, during 3 days, they mislead me until the end of Thursday ( day before Easter) when they told me the truth that my tyre was refused by the garage as my order was cancelled! Communication s...t, reliability poor, waiting for an update and return call, any tracking number - pointless! Never again!!!
