Ordered two tyres for replacement. Only one was sent from the company which I was only told the day of my replacement. I waited 5 days but still no tyre sent. Now i'm having to chase up where the other tyre is, I have explained I need this done asap due to needing a MOT in the next week before going abroad. Staff are refusing to give me contact details so I can chase up the courier myself. Very frustrating and no compensation offered seeing as I had to take a day off work to get the tyre fitted originally, and will also need to take another one off to get the second fitted as well as having to chase this up is causing a lot of unnecessary stress.
