booked a local garage 6 days in advance to fit around my work etc , 1 day before fitting got an email confirmation ( from black circles ) that changed the appointment time to an unacceptable one , many emails and phone calls later it got changed back to original time . service i got from the garage was really bad and they said the fitting time on the email confirmation from black circles means nothing to them and they would do my car when they could !
