I booked tyres through Black Circles and received a confirmation text for my appointment. I rearranged my entire workday and drove to the garage, only to waste an hour of my time waiting to be told they only had one tyre in stock! There was absolutely no communication from Black Circles or the garage to inform me, yet they managed to send a reminder text to ensure I showed up.
To add insult to injury, the garage staff questioned why I was fitting all-season tyres on my electric car. It’s my choice—there’s no need for that kind of condescending attitude. Completely unprofessional.
When I contacted customer support, the only suggestion was to reschedule the appointment, which doesn’t address the time and inconvenience I’ve already endured. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience—last time they fitted the wrong tyres on another car. I expected better but feel let down once again.
Black Circles needs to seriously improve their communication and coordination between garages if they want to avoid frustrating more customers. Very disappointing experience!
