One of the most regrettable decisions I made regarding tires was purchasing this particular brand. During normal driving, the tire grazed a surface and caused irreparable damage to the alloy wheel. Despite having driven less than 1,000 miles on the tires, which were quite expensive, I received no compensation or warranty. The company dismissed my concerns, attributing the issue to road conditions and overinflation of the tires—an unconvincing explanation. This poor decision cost me over £500, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this product.
