Booked for all 4 tyres to be replaced. Emailed me the day before saying that there was a communication error with the garage I chose for my tyres to be replaced at, and that they have to reschedule. No regard that that day is the only day I have free to get this done. Poor service, poor communication, poor experience. Very unlikely to use Blackcircles in the future, and will not recommend to anyone. Disappointed is an understatement.
